Servpro is a professional company and their employees are professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. They came in and evaluated the damaged areas and sent in a team to remove the damaged areas setup drying equipment and removed the waste/trash. They kept us informed every step of the way and were always on time to appointments to check on the moisture. We can't say enough good about the company and it's employees. I highly recommend them.

I bought a new (to me) home and wanted the duct work cleaned out since I was unsure of the service history of the home. The guys were friendly and informative. They explained the process, told me what cleaning products they were using. During the process they updated me on what they were seeing and the next steps. He sat down with me and showed me before and after photos. They answered all my questions and were super nice and professional

I had water damage from the rain and flash floods from last week. The night it happened I called serve pro and they immediately answered. We set an appointment and Chris came first thing that morning. We did a walk through so the team could assess the damage and see if any flooring could be saved. Less than an hour later, he and his team were there to take out the wet flooring and placed their fans to dry out an leftover moisture. The team was so nice, personable, and answered all of my questions concerning the what they were doing and what my next steps should be. I would definitely recommend

I would give them more stars if I could. I called Anniston ServPro two days after our house was badly damaged by a tornado. They had someone sent our way immediately. They were extremely clear and communicative during the entire process, which was very much appreciated and extremely comforting after a very stressful experience. They were prompt, professional and efficient going over and above what was required. I can't say enough good things about Chris, Chris, Anthony and Dylan. These guys were awesome. We had an upstairs toilet to overflow and water was on 3 levels of our house. They came out the day of the event and got to work. They were able to save our newly installed hardwood floors and get all the water up. They also worked with contractors to get several other repairs done. They were fast, Courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again if the need arises.
