Pete and Sandy have owned Superior Heating & Cooling, Inc., since 1993. They live in North Street MI, and have 3 children Kiersten, Victor, & Jordan. Pete has a general studies degree from MCCC with a major in Climate Control Technologies. He started in the trade in 1987 with many years of customer service experience, equipment service, installation, and sales.

Jon and Anthony with Superior were fabulous! They removed an old boiler that was original to the house and an old hot water heater. We upgraded to energy efficient and they made sure through the install to keep everything completely clean. They were knowledgeable and able to answer all questions we had during the install. Not everything goes as planned or scheduled and they were still friendly, decently dressed, and informative. They even asked us about things trying to make things more convenient and comfortable for us. Highly recommended!

Superior Heating did a fantastic job on replacing both our furnace and AC. They were honest, fair and professional. Everything was done right and in a timely manner. Efforts were made to keep my home clean and we were informed along the way as to where the progress was. My home is 23 years old. I called Superior Heating and Cooling to have them come out to discuss some updating. Pete, the owner came out and gave me several ideas to improve what I have now. Dampers not working properly, humidifier was not working. A/C was original but furnace was not and was still in good working order, so I did not replace… furnace. Installed a unit heater in the garage which will be really nice this winter. I had some competitive bids and Superior was right in line. Alex and Adam did the install and I have never had as professional of contractors in my home as I had with

We noticed our 20-year old water heater leaking last night. I called Superior this morning and they had a new water heater installed by 4:00 today! They also did an incredible job installing a Bosch high-efficiency boiler for us a couple years ago. I can’t say enough about the quality of their work and the amazing customer service they provide. I NEVER write reviews but felt compelled to do so today. Awesome company! Awesome technicians that do awesome work. We would never use anyone else. Thanks Superior!
