I have been using VistaTurf over the years and used Earthtone for numerous projects including selecting them for the HOA of my community with the board. However, as a personal customer I was disappointed with a recent tree trim. The company had trimmed my trees before providing shape to them; however, this time around they just cut a couple of branches. These trees are not mature trees only about 4 years old. The branches they cut my children could have cut and charged a lot of money to do it. I called and informed them they didn't shape the tree as originally done before and their response well

We requested an inspection and quote to find out why a few zones were messed up. The company canceled last minute the first time and then showed up late the second week, but that's not even the reason for my disdain for this company. The technician was very rude, and after going through the inspection said it was likely a valve (didn't even know) and left an almost $600 quote saying they can start with valve and keep fixing to find and correct the problem. That didn't make sense to me since our house is only 2 years old so I did my due diligence and called a second company. The second company came

They missed cutting on a regular basis, would reschedule and not show up for a few days after rescheduling. For fertilizer they did 1/3 my yard, thankfully I caught it on camera and had to send it because they didn’t believe me just to get someone out. Use someone who actually does a decent job.

VistaTurf is best service in the market.I have had another nationwide “big name” lawn service provide weed control and lawn fertilization in the past and they just didn’t do the job as well. VistaTurf is a local, responsive, straight-forward lawn care service. My lawn has looked the best it has in years. They are affordable and easy to work with. I will likely use their sprinkler system inspection service this coming year to improve my lawns health and appearance even more.

I have been a faithful member of Vista Turf Lawn for years now. They are very informative and responsive. I had a weed and grub worm issue a few years ago. They took care of it. And my yard looks amazing! The grass is green and I barely have bare spots. The yard looks so amazing, that I actually won Yard of the Month for the month of May. I tried controlling crabgrass in my yard for 3 years. I burned up the grass using weed control products and different fertilizers. Nothing worked. Crabgrass always showed up. I started using Vista Turf 1 year ago and now my yard is pristine. No more wasted time and money. Yards looks awesome now! Vista Turf is a great investment if you want a beautiful lawn. Quick, Reliable and Amazing Work! I emailed them asking for a quote and they were at my house the very next day. My front flowerbeds needed a major makeover and I also needed a tree replaced. Since I live under the microscope of an HOA, I needed the work done as soon as possible. Vista Turf told me it could take a couple weeks before they could get me in the schedule, which is acceptable and understandable. Somehow they managed to get everything done before the end of the 3rd business day after receiving/accepting the quote and our yard looks amazing! I can't thank them enough. I am very happy

I first contacted VistaTurf last fall when our yard began to die. The customer service on the phone was prompt and clear, we had army worms. They came out and treated my yard and the grass began to come back. This spring I called about rescue grass coming in. The customer service was again very prompt and clear. We did begin a service and they have been very professional. My two reasons for not rating a 5 is, one they can be very pricy for additional services, such as flea, tick and grub control ($165 for one treatment). Second, although their website says sprinkler repair VistaTurf does not

Decided to get bush and tree trimming services from this company because they seem to have good reviews and prices. Unfortunately, my service was not done very well. My bushes were choppy and my trees were barely trimmed. I was quoted an hourly rate for the trees based on size, but after the work was done I was charged nearly double what I was initially quoted. I wasn't home during the time of servicing, but luckily I have cameras outside my home which showed the men completing the sloppy work in only 30 minutes! I called the company to discuss why I was charged so much and to inform them

I received a postal mail out and called to schedule lawn maintenance/mowing. I was told they would now beginning this Friday and each Friday thereafter. No one showed Friday. I called and the Supervisor was supposed to get back with us. Someone called this morning and said they were running behind but it would be done today by about noon time.
Here we are and still no one has shown.
If I would have known they couldn't get to it, I would have called someone else so my lawn is mowed for our Easter egg hunt tomorrow.

We've been very happy with this service. We have an acre of land and they maintain it very well. When we had an issue with the maintenance of the area outside of our fence, it was quickly resolved. I would highly recommend them to my neighbors.
Our grass is so green and the trees are still alive! Some of our neighbors have dead trees after having lawn fertilizers and pest control applied to their yards. Our yard looks amazing!
Guess it all goes back to "you get what you pay for!"

We contacted VistaTurf to check and repair our irrigation system. They work with a gentleman named Chris who installs and repairs irrigation systems. The gentleman flagged and tested all of our sprinklers. Unfortunately he didn't test our timer. Our timer doesn't function properly so we can't set it. We need to replace it. If Chris had checked the timer at the same time as the sprinklers we could have gotten it fixed.
