One star only because they won't allow me to give no stars. This company is the definition of a scam! My dad paid Two grand for a leak under the slab that they (the plumber) created and never repaired the original leak that We called them originally to fix. Two days later and we've hired a different plumbing company to fix this entire mess for an additional 6 grand.

Seen one of their Plumbers driving 90mph on the 91 freeway In car pool lane by Himself. Very bad representation for the company and the driver began to give me the middle finger and cuss at me when he noticed my passenger taking pictures! Unfortunately those pics where too blurry to post. Called to report driver, was told I would be contacted by a manager unfortunately never received a call back.

We just finished a really big project at our house. It started with one of our toilets not flushing right and when I had Rapid come out to see what the issue was we realized what we had to deal with. A MASSIVE amount of tree roots growing in the rusted, corroded, original cast iron pipes right under the toilet and several other spots. We are on a cement slab so all the pipes we needed to replace were under cement etc. Ultimately we hired Rapid to demo the floor tile and cement, dig out hundreds of pounds of dirt, replace a bunch of pipes that couldn't be fixed, make a dual cleanout, water

Do not hire this company. They are shady. They will charge you and threaten you even when they don't fix your issue. We called for a plumbing issue to come fix. They didn't fix it. They came back a second time to fix it again and didn't. They charged anyways and threatened a law suit if we didn't. What kind of nonsense is this. They are not good people. Hire a good person.

Tl;dr: Shady company. Technicians don't think before doing work. You can probably know more about water heaters or whatever you need work on than these guys by doing a few google searches. Find someone else.

Rapid Plumbing lives up to its name! I called quite a few places and it's either straight to voicemail or no availability until after the weekend. It was a Friday and I can't make it through a weekend without the use of my kitchen sink! So when I called RP and a live person answered I already knew I was going to hire them. Plus they scheduled a tech to my door exactly 2 hours from when I called. And it was for a FREE estimate!
The funny thing, I actually found RP though the yellow pages laying in my garage. And I don't know if I would have called them if I had found them on yelp

My go-to guys is Rapid Plumbing.
Always professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and on time. They are not inexpensive, but they are definitely worth it. Simple declogging jobs to repiping jobs, these guys are legit, and worth the cost.
My tech that came out this time was Jose Corea (also the field supervisor). I had asked for him specifically because he knew my house plumbing layout from previous occasions

Don’t recommend this company, no customer service whatsoever. Tried to rip me off. Quoted me for Work that was $$$ off. Tried to get hold off manager 4 times in the last 3 business days. Unable to get contact info for him from his staff. Very unprofessional. Still waiting for Enrique to call me back. The technicians that cane out said I had… a leak in my front yard from a pipe that was under my driveway which meant $8k in repairs or $6k if they put another pipe in grass. Saturday around 4:00 PM we discovered a pinhole leak in our cold water copper piping underneath our home. Within an hour Rapid Plumbing sent Joe out to inspect. He is a veteran plumber and promptly crawled under the home to check out the situation. For $425 and by crawling under another three times, he was able to drain the waterline out and replace the offending piece of copper which had lasted 36 years.
Joe took the time to explain what he was doing and we were pleased with the service provided. "Rapid" service is what they provided!

Marco Martinez, who came over to take care of my clogged kitchen sink was truely a pro.
Rapid Plumbing should be proud to have people like Marco on their team.
He not only arrived on time, but was extremely polite every step of the way.
The job was not easy, and not without obstacles. However, he never gave up, and was determined to resolve it. When he finally did, I could sense his excitement and pride. As a result of his using the powerful rooter, the area was a greasy mess. Needless to say, he cleaned up every bit of it, and made it look as if he had never been there.

My garbage disposal jammed at noon on a Saturday. It was fixed by 3 PM the same day. The dispatcher called me to keep me informed about when the technician would arrive. Chris came as indicated, was professional and rapid. I had picked Rapid Plumbing out of the Yellowbook. I will certainly use them again.
