After an almost instantaneous response to an email inquiry requesting a price for some glass shelves Tim had my business. His questions and suggestions were spot on in directing my measurements, and I could not be more pleased with the turn around time OR the price!!! Seriously, this is the place if you need glass or mirrors cut.

Worst customer service ever! If I could give a zero, I would. We needed the glass in our patio replaced so we decided to call Stein Glass...worst mistake ever! The owner came out to measure the beginning of September and was supposed to order the glass. Here it is 10/12 and still nothing. I have called numerous times and even went into their office where I was told how sorry they were and because of the delay, they would come out to install something temporarily since it is getting cold. Guess what?! No call, no show on the appt to install the temporary glass. Stay far away from this place!

Don't go there good reviews are old and aren't accurate. Asked for estimate, had to call weeks later to ask, got estimate, okayed the estimate, came by again to measure octagon window, did not make pattern as first employee said needed to be done. Was inform they lost estimate paper work. Never heard from them again. Never would recommend this business.

I was referred to Stein Glass by the NAPA Auto Parts on Lyndon Lane. I needed a mirror cut for an old Volvo that was no longer produced. Jim, the proprietor of Stein's is a great guy. He cut me a mirror and installed it. It just so happened that a number of weeks later I needed another mirror for a different vehicle and decided to just have him cut me one instead of ordering one and installing it myself.
Price is very fair for mirrors being cut: $20 for the Volvo and $10 for a Saturn sedan.
