Hired to build 500+ feet of four-rail fence backed with field wire and install three 16" ornamental gates with operators. I was told the entire job should take about a week, after 811 had marked utilities, etc. I was lucky to see anyone on the job more than one day a week, and at that they seldom were here a full day.
The fence was finally built after nearly THREE MONTHS had passed from them cashing my 40% deposit check. Then they brought the ornamental gates and started installation on two. The first one sagged so bad it could not be closed and the second was not much better. I think trying to
