On December 19, 2019, "Tom" installed a gutter around my carport. I was very pleased with it until we had a few days were it rained everyday. I noticed that the gutter over my entrance was leaking so I got a latter to clean out the debris thinking that was why it was leaking. The problem was that Tom did not elevate the gutter so that the water would drain out into the spout. I called Tom right away to have him come adjust it for me. He told me he was backed up and he would get to me when he could. It's been 9 months now and I have called and texted him since then many,many times
