Services
It smells good, it makes clothes soft, and.it doesn't break down and dissolve properly. Most manufacturers' classes I've been to actually recommend NOT using it. But don't worry, we use it in our household. If you're gonna use fabric softener, no matter the brand, dilute it with water about 50/50, and only use about an ounce per load.

Wish all businesses operated like Riverside. They showed up when they said they would, diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary parts and returned to complete the work. They stayed in touch with me while the parts were on order and made sure I knew when the repair tech was on the way.

Provided detailed inspection and servicing of dryer and related equipment attached. Was able to discover that the house external vent need to be cleaned when performing service, prevented possible dryer lint fire, and further extensive servicing.
I really appreciate his ability to be flexible and williness to do a full and complete job that identified problems I didn't know existed.

JOSH (the repair guy) was extremely fast and efficient. Kind, very personable and professional. Didn't mind explaining and making sure i knew what he was fixing and how to avoid the problem happening again. Definitely worth the money and the wait. They service a large area so the long appointment time is understandable.

I was very impressed with the response time and efficiency with Riverside. Even though they were extremely busy they still managed to be mindful enough to fit my mother in the schedule when there was a cancellation. Within minutes the technician identified the problem and was very straightforward with part availability and possible timeline of the repair. With a broken refrigerator I certainly appreciate this. As soon as the part arrived I was contacted and the part was installed!! I will certainly be using Riverside again for future unforeseen repairs because of the professionalism, trade knowledge

We have a Frigidaire fridge that we bought for our new house. We have only had the fridge in the house for at least a month and a half and we were noticing some condensation that kept showing up. Then a couple days ago, I noticed this gap in between the doors and that it was big enough that I could see inside the fridge. So I called Frigidaire and they told me they would get someone out here to look at it. Within the next day, Crystal from Riverside Appliance Repair gave me a call.
