Sound Decisions was born in March of 1989, the child of a young man with a passion for music, Keith Register. As Keith approached graduation from college in late 1988, he knew he wanted a career involved with audio equipment, and upon graduation, opened the doors for business. Soon after opening, Eric Robertson joined the team, and the adventure began in helping clients with their AV and technology needs.

Using Sound Decisions ... was a sound decision! (Sorry, could resist) The team is friendly, very knowledgeable, and patient. I always say, the true measure of a company is not how they act when everything goes right... rather how they rise to the occasion when something goes wrong. In our case, we had a tricky set of Technologies and something went wrong with our installation. The team was patient, professional and resolved the problem methodically. I'm 100% sure that I could not have gotten better service elsewhere. Highly recommended!

My wife and I built a new house in Wilmington which was challenging due to some questionable contractors, a high point however was our audio/visual contractor. From an early stage, we consulted with Keith on some challenging equipment that we wanted such as fully enclosed Lutron shades as well as automation of lights and audio. The consultation was followed with a first class installation and ongoing service especially from Keith, Brian & Shane. They continue to provide first class service, even assisting me over a weekend when we had an internet/WiFi issue. I would not hesitate to recommend Sound

I was having trouble with my DIY install and I called to get a service tech out to help me ..... With out even asking , they walked me through my issues and it was an easy fix . That's customer service in my book . They could have easily come out for a service call and been done in 14 seconds and took my money and left ... Thanks so much guys ...

We have used Sound Decisions in 2 of our homes. We are not tech savvy so we very much appreciate Brian and Jessie when they set up our electronics. They are respectful of our home and us. You will not go wrong working with this company. They handle small installations (we like all the wires out of sight) as well as the big stuff.

We have been using Sound Decision for our Audio and Video needs for nearly 14 years. We are not your typical Home Audio/Video consumer. Keith and his team have build several large projects for us, including our Emergency Operations Center, which has sustained 9 Hurricanes and 3 Ice/Snow storms. We require great reliability and precise workflows. Couldn't be more pleased. We had Sound Decisions perform all the intercom, stereo, Sonos and TV work on a huge house remodel we completed recently. This included all the necessary pre-wiring for 11 station intercom, and Sonos system with 4 zones, mounting TV's, hooking everything up and testing, etc. Their work was excellent. Their follow up for adjustment after the sale was also excellent. There were a few warranty issues with the equipment that they remedied very quickly. I would also mention that the employees we came into contact with were honest, punctual, cleaned up after themselves, etc
