We had our roof replaced by Jam Exteriors due to hail damage.
Overall great quality of workmanship. Quick to get us scheduled and get the job done. The crew did a thorough job with cleanup. One day to complete the job. There were a couple small cosmetic issues after completion that I addressed with them and they took care of it within a few days. I’m glad we went with a local company.
An Improvement they could make is more thorough communication. A sit-down with them to discuss all shingle options could’ve ensured we were making the best decision possible that was right for us, and our neighborhood

Jason did some work on a few of my rental properties in FDL. The work was done professionally, on-time, and within my budget. Jason worked with my insurance company to ensure the cost to me would be minimal and I would be getting everything out of my insurance policy. Jason and his crew were absolutely amazing. I was so impressed when I left a message on the website about needing someone to look at our roof and got a call the very next morning. Jason was thorough, explained all that had to be done, didn’t patronize me for not understanding, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!

I found JAM Exteriors on google and filled out the form for them to contact me. I got a phone call the next day and Jason went to check out my roof that same day. He got me a quote that night and when he could start. He was on top of it! I had a rubber roof that needed to be replaced. Every time it rained and when the snow melted, I had leaking in my bathroom light fixtures below the roof. He was able to get the roof replaced the day that he said he could! And just in time for more snow and rain! It was very reassuring to not be worried about a leaky roof with that snow storm. My roof is working
