Nola Appliance Repair is a small Appliance company based in Kenner, Louisiana. We service the south shore New Orleans metro area from St. John to Orleans parish. Nola Appliance Repair started off as Nawlins Solutions llc. Nawlins Solutions itself started as a computer repair company. Since modern appliance repair requires knowledge of electronics and data systems appliance repair was a logical step.
For our repair services we come to you, in home. For our low service fee we access and diagnose your appliance. We then give you your options on repair. We services all major appliances and all makes as well. We want you to come to us for all your appliance repair needs, and we are confident after you have seen our work and our low prices you will.
Our refurbished washers and dryers aren't just someone else's junk that has been patched together. We tear down and clean all the units that we sell. Any broken part is replaced, high fail parts are also swapped out. The units are assembled and tested. In many instances we will even deliver and set up fr no extra fee.

DON'T pay the service fee!! They will show up, say you need a part, and I can promise you the part will be delayed. You will never hear from them again. You will have to call them over and over again. It will always be, "Let me call Zach, and I'll call you back."
I'm certain they go around collecting service fees and move on. Wish we would have read the reviews here before scheduling a service call. I'm sure the only positive review is a fake and likely created by the girl who answers the phone who will always say she'll call you back.

This used to be my go to place but something has changed with the owner. He has become unreliable and unresponsive even after repeated contact. I took off work for our last appointment and he let me know 10 min after the appointment time that he didn't have my refrigerator part and wouldn't be there. Things happen, but *communicate* with your customers and don't waste their time. The next week he left the job half done, and never returned. Dodged phone calls and disappeared. I had to call another appliance place to get the job completed.

I literally hate leaving negative reviews. The repairman showed up as schedule on November 12th. He diagnosed the dishwasher part that was needed he said it would take 3 days to come in and would be able to install as soon as it arrived. It is now December 2nd and the dishwasher is still broken and no one has visited my house again. I've called no less than 15 times in the last 3 weeks. Every time I call I get the same runaround from Ashley who answers the calls, "Let me check and I'll call you back." She literally never calls back which results in me calling her back

This transaction started off great. The friendly Repair man showed up on time, gave me the 30 minute notice that was their policy, diagnosed it, and said the part would be in in a couple days.
The part was delayed a couple more days. I was notified. Great, no big deal; this stuff happens. The part was delayed again and I was told at the time he was supposed to be there. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt at this point, he was stressing because all other jobs have been delayed as well. If I could leave 0 stars I would based off the response to the customer below and a negative star for the not fixing the leak. Giving 1 star is being generous. I used this company today to fix my fridge for a leak. A few hours later, fridge is still leaking after I was told that it was fixed. I just read the reviews below and the owner's response... Wow, is all that I can say. I am totally speechless and in utter disbelief. To have a response like that to your customer is very unprofessional. This is the person that keeps you in business and to have an arrogant attitude like that... tuh!

I have used this company on 4 occasions & they have been prompt with scheduling, prompt with arrival, reasonably priced, & fixed my problem every time. Zach is very professional & very skilled in appliance repair. What a relief to not have to buy another refrigerator, freezer or garbage disposal & have my appliances up & running again in just a short while every time. I would definitely recommend this business to all of my family & friends!

I contacted NOLA Appliance Repair to repair a built in Thermador convection microwave oven. On his first trip Zach (sole proprietor) was unable to figure out how to remove the trim to gain access to the microwave. After having the installer uninstall the microwave I again contact Zach who came out to complete the repair.
