I do NOT recommend Keystone Granite at all. I guess for straight forward counter tops maybe but NOT for any custom work! I had a backsplash done by them and it was a fiasco! When I talked with Sue-the office manager- she and some other girl in the office were very disrespectful and condescending. They both have horrible attitudes. I was told by the 1st crew that showed up that they had never installed my type of custom installation. Then they found the wrong material was cut so we had to reschedule which meant I had to reschedule my plumber. Not an easy task. Then I called the office to discuss

We had a great experience from start to finish. They have a large selection of stone to choose from, a very helpful group to estimate your cost, and experienced and pleasant templaters and installers.
They allowed us to make some significant changes a month after "finalizing" our order.

Got estimate for very simple job on installing a 16’
counter top in bathroom. Accepted estimate. Preceded with final details and setup with measuring date and installing date. Made out check for half as a deposit. They then presented me with 3 pages of instruction that I was to approve. This is the first they had mentioned what preparations I was responsible for. Things like removing sink, faucet,countertop, backsplash, taking out all drawers. I then had to reinstall sink, faucet, and of course all drawers. I was also responsible for all caulking around sink and countertops to back splash. In

Keystone granite helped transform our kitchen from dated to timeless. We searched several places but referred by a friend to check this place out. So glad we did. The ladies at the showroom were extremely helpful and friendly. The demo guys were very knowledgeable and ensured we had all our questions answered. The installers came on time and were efficient. We are so happy with the end result and would for sure recommend Keystone to anyone looking for quality and well priced stone.

First of all, our kitchen countertops did turn out beautifully and we are pleased with them. And, they were a great price. Additionally, the installation crew was on-time, friendly, and efficient. But the good experience ends there. From start to finish (from when I first contacted them to installation), it took over three months to have very basic countertops installed. The people at the showroom did not communicate well or quickly, leaving me without a response for weeks. When they did communicate, they were quite short and rude with both my and my husband.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel that the reviews on Google for this company are not a good representation of my experience. 1. Keystone has the lowest prices in Oregon, and they don't downplay quality. We went to Keystone, sent over and outline of our kitchen. They gave us a quote for the product (quartz) we chose. We paid a 50% deposit and they scheduled the template to come out 1 week later. He came (cant remember his name) did a great job very professional. 2 Weeks later we had our counters installed. Fernando did the job with his team, and it turned out great. Would use and recommend them
