Derek takes pride in playing a very active role in all project activities from start to finish to ensure that the client experience is positive. Derek is also currently serving as a board member for the West TN Homebuilders Association. Mandy joined the Eller Construction Team in 2014 as Office Manager.
Her role has continued to grow and her involvement has expanded to include project procurement and maintaining documentation for both scope definition and overall financials. Communicate with Customers, Vendors and Subcontractors to document project specific items to include scope, scheduling, etc.

One of the most unique aspects of Piperton Preserve is appreciating rural living with the convenience of Collierville area amenities. Once completed, it will contain 240 single family homes with green spaces, walk paths and a town square. Phase 4 is currently underway and we have lot 114 available for sale as noted below on the Sales Plat.
