Joseph did an excellent job on the refrigerator repair. He was quick to find the problem and knew just what needed to be done. Beyond that he was a shining star for the company, he was genuine, pleasant to talk to, and he was happy to be at work. Knowledgeable, prompt, reasonable, and friendly service. I am not the least familiar with the ins and outs of appliance repair, but I trust Joseph to tell me when and if the repair is necessary. He is just as upfront when issues can be repaired as when is just cheaper to replace. He places the customer’s needs before his own.

Joseph came out very quickly to assess the damage to my refrigerator's control panel. He was kind and always professional. Pensacola had just gone through Hurricane Sally and several days without power. So you can imagine how many people were looking for assistance.
