Penn Paving is the paving company you can rely on. In many cases, eliminating "bird baths" in a parking lot or driveway can be extremely difficult. The surrounding surface elevations, structures, and curbs complicate matters, making it hard to create positive water flow. Low spots in your driveway or parking lot can usually be corrected with driveway resurfacing, driveway repairs (cutting out and replacing the low area), or re-heating the pavement to lower high areas and fill low areas.
Asphalt contains liquid tar which needs time to harden and cure. Your driveway will be fully cured usually within 24 months; until then it will remain pliable and soft. We recommend keeping automobiles off for at least 7 full days, and longer in hot weather. Even when cured, asphalt can sometimes soften in extremely hot weather and harden as temperatures fall.

ever step of the process. Even on the day of we added to our original plan and they said absolutely we will do that. They were fast with getting our estimate. Most places were like we will be in contact with you in 2-3 weeks and some you never heard back from. Penn Paving, Alex, was out the same day! We then called a month later and said let's do it! They were out putting in our new driveway in less then 10 days. It was amazing! They are fast and very efficient. They stand by there work.

A + to this company. Alex responded to my messages quickly and completed the job in the time frame I wanted. We had to fill out a permit due to the township we live in which was the only slow down to getting the job completed. Price was great and quality of work was excellent. We even had a person turn their tires in our driveway a week after it was completed. Alex was out the next day to fix the issue. I recommend him if you live in the Lancaster/Chester/York County area.
