I'm giving 5 stars and would give more because I'm infested with flies and didn't know where they were coming from. The technician firstly was very kind and knowledgeable and stated these are sewage flies coming up from the drains. He gave me a couple of tips to try and stop them for maybe a day, no promises but stated I would need a plumber to clean out the pipes as the solution to this issue to stop this. I respected his honesty, knowledge and good intent. I highly recommend this company.

Mike was great! So gracious in that he woke me up hahaha I overslept and woke up to him knocking on my front door. Very professional and kind. Explained everything to me about the service and about the wasps and how they act and what to expect over next couple of days.
The gentleman I spoke with in the office yesterday and this morning was very knowledgeable and courteous.
My brother is highly allergic and they staff at Ecotech was more than helpful about getting here ASAP.

I am disappointed to be one of the first negative reviews on this company, but unfortunately I am very displeased with their services rendered. We have/had a significant wasp issue where several of them (probably 6 sporadically) had made their way into our bathroom through an outside exhaust fan. We called Eco-Tech, and to my great relief, they had a technician here about 6 hours later to evaluate. He found the source, and dutifully removed the larva and nesting inside of the exhaust fans. he told us to silicone the vent if we were able, but that he'd done a light coat of his own. The next

Mike was great with my treatment in my home! Joe in office sent someone same day I called! This company is very efficient and takes the time to explain every step to the customer. They came for an extra follow up appointment about 5 days later because I still did not know if issue was resolved! Wonderful experience with EcoTech! They got me on the schedule so quickly. Billy was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful riding us of our ant issue in our home. We recently had an issue with winged ants in our house and on the outside of our house. Bought some spray from the local hardware store. No luck so we called EcoTech after a neighbor recommended them to us and it was a good thing we called an exterminator. My winged ants were in fact TERMITES! The technician was very friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing and how he was going to treat. They followed up with us and we wound up purchasing a maintenance plan. We are very happy with their service and would recommend them to family & friends. It was nice to know they had a 100%
