Jacob was awesome, popped the car open in about 15 seconds! Came out the next day to make me a new key at a great price. Hopefully I won't need to see them for a while but if I do I know they've got my back!

I can't say enough good things about Lee's keys! We have been using them for years at my office. Called Berkeley Locksmith and the said “we dont do Lexus’”. Called Lees Keys II and they said we are on the way. They got to my house made me new keys and reprogrammed the computer. Charged me a very fair price. Both guys were very nice, extremely professional and thorough. I will only call Lee’s Keys from now on. Dont hesitate to them for your lock needs. Thanks Lee’s Keys.

I cannot say enough about what a professional locksmith Jacob is. I had no phone; it was locked in my rental car, a Toyota Camry. I had to exchange e-mails with Jacob. He was very responsive to my situation as we exchanged messages. He replied promptly on a Saturday night to my dilemma. The keys were locked in the trunk of the car parked at a golf course. The keys were in my golf bag. Jacob was first able to unlock the driver side door. The car, however, has a "security feature" that, without a key, the trunk release button would not work.
