In late May, I contacted this business to correct a small but important part from their installation last fall that was requiring a 5 gallon bucket on the ground to catch overflow. After an inspection, the work order was written. It's late Novemeber; I've made 9 follow up calls, all answered with promises of we're going to get to you very soon. 7 months, 9 calls, still emptying buckets when it rains! The original job was over 1K, and this is a simple repair!😡
