First Glass was established by Steve and Carol Cramer in 1981 when they determined there was a huge need for a mid-sized glass company that could care for the glass needs of the residents of Knox County. Little did they know that the need was greater than they realized.

They put in some new windows in our basement. Technician was committed to doing quality work and was prompt. He was efficient doing the project, and he was a real nice guy. I’d recommend these guys for any auto, residential or commercial work you have.
