Absolutely best plumbing service I have ever used. Had an issue with a faulty valve under my sink. Called and had an appointment same day. Mike (name of repair man) was early to the appointment and extremely knowledgeable. He put everything in terms I could understand and walked me through the process to have my issue resolved. Great experience!

I am always pleased with The American Rooter Plumbing team. Everyone who has represented them is professional. This is the second time I’ve used them. The first time they jetted my sewer line and replaced my water heater. During that job, I was so thankful they identified a leak which they were willing to come out and fix and now they’ve replaced my toilets and my corroded water stoppers. I trust their work and advice and would use them again in a heartbeat.

We had our sewer line replaced due to the failure of several joints with aggressive offsets. We knew its time had come; house is 58 years old and roots from the large maple tree were a never ending headache. Also, we already had one sewer backup that caused a good deal of damage in the basement. After research, we were impressed with trenchless sewer replacement. American Rooter is expert in this method and we are so happy we chose them. They are professional, hard working, answered all our questions and the job was completed on time. They are the only plumbing company we will use. We are thrilled

Bradd and his team did an excellent job in replacing our sewer line. I definitely appreciated how courteous and informative they were in helping me understand the pipe bursting method they used in order to save my lawn and my tree!
While I was reaching out to prospective companies, they were the only company to take the time to tell me what and how they were going to replace my sewer in a trenchless manner which I greatly appreciated. It was icing on the cake when I realized that they truly are a family owned business.

Called these guys for a small pinhole leak in my hot water heater copper pipe. Two guys came and all they were interested in doing is up selling me $2400 or $1300 or $350 other so called plumbing issues but when you call them they tell you 69.99. Called another plumber and it was only 100.00, and

I've had American Rooter a few times with old plumbing and have never had a problem with them. I've always had prompt, excellent service until the other night. I set an appointment up for a show time between 1:00pm and 4:00 pm and Dan, the employee never showed until 6:30 when we were in the middle of eating dinner. (I had given up on seeing them that day). I gave the guy every opportunity to cancel and told him I would be glad to reschedule because its dark and getting late, but he said it didn't matter and that it was up to me, so I said we could go ahead and snake the kitchen

We recognized our plumbing "emergency" upon return from work on Friday evening of nights... the customer service on the phone call was unmeasurable! I was walked through my issue, and even helped with turning off water at the shut off until they were able to be out. I was worried that I would have to wait until Monday. But to my surprise, they have Saturday appointments and treat Saturday

Had a great experience with American rooter! They clearly value customer service, got someone out quickly and even make sure to send an email with a bio of the particular plumber coming that day. It was a great touch! Fixed our toilet leaking issue, and we will certainly use them again (but hoping we won't need to!)
