Additional minerals and trace elements can render granite in every conceivable color. In order to receive an accurate quote, ensure your measurements are precisely made. Indicate all backsplashes, cut-outs, finished edges, radius edges and overhangs on your project plan. 2. Granite Top, Inc. does not normally remove existing countertops at the time of template. However, this is a good time to ensure that you cabinets are level and plumb, as granite cannot be installed on poorly installed cabinetry.

RUN AWAY! Do not let the low prices pull you in...Our experience with Tom (the owner) has been the worst experience of our lives....he literally held our entire home remodel "hostage" because he refused to refabricate and correct his mistakes in a timely manner...he told us that we were "not his only customers" and he would get around to revising things "when he had time". He then promised us a refund, refused to honor his promise, but then gave us a refund after I threatened to go to the BBB and escalate the issue. Tom is charming and your best friend when you are

STEER CLEAR! Deposit down and slabs picked out on the 27th of April. Suggest that IF there is enough product left over potentially doing our downstairs mini bar area. It's the 27th of May I have been canceled on TWICE. Last week it was due to machines being down, this week it was due to product being delivered late. WHEN THEY GET CALLED OUT FOR LYING they email me saying their machines are totally down and have to refund my money. HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

We hired Granite Top Inc for our kitchen countertop fabrication and installation. They were responsive to get the countertop we wanted and installed it. Right after installation we found many strap marks on the countertop and we told them about it. Once we reported The problem, they were non responsive and would not return calls or respond to emails. Tom, our contact, did not provide customer satisfaction to ensure that the problem would be taken care of. New countertop was eventually installed and another mark was found. Wow... So lucky to have found these guys! We always check reviews and theirs looked promising. We weren't disappointed! Walked in looking for a remnant for a 60" vanity and Zula was incredibly helpful. Not pushy, not trying to sell us something we weren't feeling, and her design-eye is top shelf! We came up with two remnant slabs we were interested in, but on a lark Zula remembered a half slab in their fabrication area. Showed it to us and it was EXACTLY what we were looking for. Templating was bang on, vanity top installation also. Our backsplash was slightly delayed

This company deserves more than 5 stars. From start to finish, this company and their team, made replacing my kitchen counter tops an enjoyable experience.
First I went to 5 companies for quotes. Granite Top was, by far, the best quote I received. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant. They even delivered my counter tops during a snow storm. Every one did an excellent job, and I am so in Love with my beautiful white quartz counter tops. I look forward to remodeling my bathroom now. Wish I had more business to give them!!

Everyone we dealt with was super nice and accommodating. We purchased our countertops from someone else who subbed the fabrication out to Granite Top. We are picky and had a difficult install with a lot of windows. They let us come look at the templates and make a few changes. They were accommodating with our quick turnaround as we brought in contractors from out of state. Everything we asked them to fix during install they did without a complaint. Countertops look great!

It took me a lot of time to pick a slab, come up with a shape, support and layout. Top Granite team all were very helpful and ensured that everything is exactly how I want it at every step of the project.
At the same time price was very decent. I can say that after having over a dozen quotes. If I will need to install granite countertop in my bath I won't hesitate to reach out to Granite countertop again.

They worked hard to keep dust out of the air, and cleaned up everything well. They left nothing behind. My slab required a very complicated lay-out which was done beautifully. The installation was cut shorter than designed, yet we were charged the same amount. And, a couple of months later we discovered the countertop on the peninsula was not glued down. When I called and spoke with Tom to schedule this item be complete, he was a NO SHOW the day of, then never answered mine or my husbands subsequent calls. The same day Tom was a NO SHOW, we had also scheduled an additional hole be drilled for a sink bit. I think Tom gives good face, but lacks integrity.
