Great customer service! I called so many fencing companies and Hoback was one of the only ones where I was treated with respect rather than having a man be notably condescending to me. They got the estimate and fence done quickly and always responded to emails and calls in a timely manner. I'm not a fence expert, but the fence itself looks great to me!

They came and took down my old fence, cleared the brush and bushes necessary, put up the new fence and took all the old stuff with them - it looks fantastic! Professional, friendly, and fast - they even brought my dumpsters back up from the curb on trash day, which was totally unnecessary and so thoughtful!

The guys from Hoback came and installed a beautiful black aluminum fence around our swimming pool, inside of our already completed landscaping. They were very careful and painstakingly moved the landscaping to dig the holes, and then put everything back - it looks like the fence was there first! We couldn't be happier with the word they did, and will definitely have them back. Portia and the guys are just great!!

In 2011 Cody installed fencing at our new home. Instillation was not done proper by his crew. Cody said if it did not hold he would come back and make it right. Even sent pictures of what the problem was. It did not hold but when he was called I was told it was done under Mr Hobacks dime and I would have to pay to get it fixed right. My opinion is Cody’s word is not good.

Terrible service. April 2, 2019, Portia came out to measure for my fence around my yard for my dog. She said it would be $7,000 and wanted a downpayment of $2,000. April 9, she got the $2,000 check and promised my fence would be up in 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, I sent note after note to see when it would be installed. She never returned my calls or emails. Finally, in mid-July, I had to go out to their office and tell them to please return my check.
Awful service and I don't know if they put up a good fence since they never got around to it.
