By far J&T is the absolute best and most honest plumber I have had the pleasure of working with. Out of the 20 or so plumbers I tried to line up for work to replace a kitchen drain pipe, J&T was the only one who was upfront with their costs (parts+per hour labor) and timeliness.
They are also doing their due diligence of being registered in the city they work in (Bellevue in my case).
The only issue I had was trying to get a hold of anyone, but they usually call back when requesting new work. I'm sure they're tired of hearing my voicemails, but I am thoroughly impressed with them and would recommend

Out of the 4 companies I had come out, they were the ONLY ones who knew where the problem was. Everyone else said it was an entire pipe, and they said it was a Y joint under the basement flooring. I was being quoted $2,000-$4000 by other companies, and they quoted $750-$2000. They got it done for $750. They didn’t charge me anything the first time they came out to look either.
I will always use them in the future. Honest and great people! They actually know what they are talking about! 10/10!

Extremely professional in all aspects. I had an emergency and they were able to fit me in even though they were booked out for the day. They rearranged their schedule in order to meet my needs. Service personnel were very professional and had the repair accomplished in short order by restoring my water service to my house. Even with the short notice the cost of the repair was much cheaper than I anticipated. Excellent service and will definitely recommend them to others.
