When I had no hot water and heat was not working, I initially called HVAC team to come out. Troy P. came out as scheduled and discovered an unexpected issue that our basement was flooded! He immediately called Nate D. from their plumbing team to come out and make and assessment. He was able to determine that we would need a new water heater, pump repair and water pumped out of the basement to get the job done. He scheduled us for the very next day for the service. It was a challenging job but they were punctual and they got it done efficiently. We will be calling the HVAC team back out to look

I have used cool air for many years and have always had a great experience until this time. I feel like I was sold more than I needed and am having a bit of buyers remorse for not shopping around. I had 3 units installed 5 years ago and all that went really well. I had them come out and install the duo-2000 whole house air purification system last year ...a high intensity induct air purifier - sanitizes and reduces household odors. We did not sign the contract today only because Sarge (my husband) always get two or three estimates on large important investments. He doesn't rush. It took discipline not to sign today due to the very impressive presentation. Stan Bailey answered our many questions with detail and patience. We likely will only get one more estimate for our HVAC and that one would need to be waist high above the norm. Our comfort level with Mr. Bailey, Cool Air Mechanical product and pricing, and with Costco in the midst will be difficult to beat.

Brian Cook was extremely thorough in his servicing of our units. He also went out of his way to patiently describe (along with photos) safety issues he found with our gas furnaces so that we could take care of them. One issue was caused by our plumber so I will have them come back out to fix it. Very professional, thorough & patient. Highly recommend!

This companies customer service is awful. We overpaid for a horrible duct cleaning where the crew refused to bring in their good equipment because it was raining outside. Then when the duct cleaning crew came into our home they cursed in front of my family, solicited my wife for their personal dog training company, and then damaged our vents. I complained to their customer service and the head of the customer service called me. He offered to have my ducts recleaned and my vents replaced. I measured all the damaged ducts and emailed him the info with no reply at all. They just ignored me, TERRIBLE

This company came to service my neighbor AND DAMAGED MY PROPERTY!! I immediately called the company, thinking they would take responsibility, but my initial call was dropped. I called back of course but reached a foreign speaker who did not understand English well enough to address my problem or perhaps she just didn't want to address my problem! The item damaged is less than a year old and cost over $1500. Rather than take responsibility for their mistake this company has tried to blame everyone else.

The ONLY reason we used this god awful company is because of Costco. They are a complete joke. Give you the run around and are always trying to tell you you need a new $200 part. We had two complete systems installed by them and each time has come been a complete nightmare. Just had a new one installed two weeks ago doesn't work, middle of summer! Four appointments later we're still having problems. Steer clear of this company!

I bought 2 Lenox systems through Costco and they were supposed to service as part of the warranty, but trying to get them out is a joke, well finally after several scheduled app they send a young guy out he was on the phone, personal call the whole time, he poured something in pvc lines I was supposedly low in refrigerant, which he had to go get some , added some refrigerant & charged me $385.00 didn't check anything else, what a scam!!! They will never be back to my house, lodging a complaint with Costco

We purchased our HVAC unit in 2017 after our old unit died over 4th of July weekend. The new unit is excellent. Twice each year we get a maintenance visit to make sure our unit is operating at top efficiency. This morning Valencia came out and provided service, replacing filters, checking the fuses and making certain the outside unit is working properly. I'd give them a negative star if I could. Made appointment, which was a major hassle - multiple calls and wait times, and called to see if I could delay appointment a week...After 10 minutes on hold, the service person said they are no longer taking duct work until October. I asked the agent when she was going to call me and cancel, she said probably later. WOW. Pretty bad communication.
I have no idea if this company is any good but customer service is not a priority. Lots of my time wasted but at least I know going forward, I will not use them. Find another vendor.

I had been using them for years. Every six months Id have them out as the warranties dont hold up if you dont do the maintenance.
Since I had been doing this for about 8 years I got used to the routine. Then I noticed three small, and some not so small changes but didnt at first know why. Then I find out the reason is a change of ownership.

I replaced one of my A/C units with them 2 years ago. They tried to get me to replace both but I refused. Since they replaced it, I've had nothing but problems. They even re-replaced the unit the first summer saying essentially that I got a lemon. Still problems. I got the unit serviced as part of the maintenance plan and less than a month later it stopped working. They came out, told me it was fixed. Said it's "possible" I needed a $350 lightning surge protector (of which the part is under $30). I refused because I didn't actually think that was the problem. And

This has been THE WORST company to deal with. We purchased a brand new furnish June 2020. Ever since then we have had MONTHLY issues. When it gets cold our heat won't work, someone comes out and obviously puts a bandage on it. When it gets out our A/C doesn't work. Every single month there is an issue. Also during the months of January and February we were not staying in our home due to a water fluid and reconstruction. Service man was very nice, but replaced a part in 5 minutes and said he was giving us $30 discount, total for part was $307.00 plus the $80 diagnostic charge, after he left I looked up the part and I could have bought it for like $10-$20. Lesson learned, before letting a company install something- google the cost of the part. Spoke with the manager but he would do nothing. We will be needing 2 new units soon, going to look elsewhere when that time comes. Just can't trust them on cost, so they just lost a long time customer!

I contacted them through Costco. They came to my house and provided estimate for two furnaces and one air conditioner. It was well above competitor. Once I showed them this they were able to come down on the price along with a free duct cleaning.
The two workers that installed the systems were excellent: on time, professional, wore PPE. I've had them come back one time because some bedrooms upstairs were hotter than others, almost 10°.
