He is a third-generation Sonoman, having grown-up in this beautiful area he has an appreciation for "Old" Sonoma architecture and an appreciation for the latest building materials and techniques.

I do not believe you could find a more conscientious and skilled team than those at Mangiantini Construction. I did a major remodel, and the process of planning and designing was conscientious and meticulous. John is a very talented builder and designer. But what I will always remember most was how much emphasis he placed on getting it right during the planning stage. His staff is superlative and hard-working. And the result is that when I look around, I am so glad I did this! John is always available to answer questions and give advice and guidance. He emphasizes quality, service, and continuity

John Mangiantini is a great contractor and we highly recommend him! We worked from start to finish with him on a "gut, back to the studs" remodel; this could have been a difficult emotional roller coaster ride. John made the entire process as comfortable as possible. His even keeled manner helped us through it all. He offered helpful suggestions along the way which were invaluable. John was always immediately responsive to all our needs and concerns; a quality not often encountered with other contractors. We are extremely pleased with the work he and his sub-contractors did. We hired John for a major remodel of our 65 year old house, and couldn't be happier with the process and results! At the initial meeting with John to discuss what we wanted to do and what was possible, he was friendly, professional knowledgeable. He was able to give me a 'reality check' on the cost of a project on the scale we were considering.
