Home Connect built my home. Overall, they did an ok job, but they left some major issues unresolved. The contractor and his workers damaged our lamp post. They did not apologize or attempt to fix it. They did not install a temporary pole for them to use electricity, they used ours without permission and did not offer any help with the electricity bill for what they used. They did not install the final mirror in the half bath. Also, while they were digging a trench to bury the power line, the home builder hit the roof on the (new) house with a backhoe front loader machine. The contractor has refused

Went into a building where Home Connect did "service" on, and the job was absolutely horrible. To be honest (as a potential tenant) I asked the manager and owner if the suite I was interested in can be worked on. Their reply was that they had just payed a liscenced contractor to work on the project. The fact that this company or contactor is even licensed is quite horrifying. When it comes to painting of any type of walls DONT expect any holes to be filed with calking or sanded down, they will just paint over previous paint or any damage.
