Chad was so helpful. We were stuck in about 2 ft of snow on top of Snaggy Mountain and our rental company had left of stranded without a plow service (which they ensured we would have). I texted Chad that morning after speaking to him the night before about potentially needing snow removal, and he had the road and driveway cleared for us within the hour! Highly recommend.

We called four different tree companies about a dangerous tree that was leaning against an outbuilding on our property poised to fall directly on our house. Every tree company besides Arbor Care told us the tree was too dangerous to remove, a couple even suggesting just let it fall and crush the house. Chad reviewed all his options and even though the tree removal would be very dangerous, he felt obligated to help protect my family. He used an 150 foot crane and removed several trees to provide access for the crane. The tree was removed two days before Christmas protecting my family and our house

DON'T USE ARBORCARE. I saw their sign on the road and decided to give them a call to get 1/2 cord of firewood. The call was answered by someone barely intelligible, who after hearing that I'd like to buy firewood told me to go online for prices and ordering. SO I go to their website and put in an order along with a few questions and my email address so they could contact me back. About a day later I received an email that didn't address my questions, but simply read "phone number?"
