I contacted Joe with a question about a possible renovation we are contemplating in our home. Joe was polite and helpful. Even though he was extremely busy, he reviewed my blue prints/photos and within hours gave me his professional opinion free of charge. He will be the first person I contact if we are going to move ahead with this project. I would highly recommend him.

We wanted to post a more recent review for anyone considering Joe. While his drawings are artful, his professional demeanor towards clients is horrendous. Upon asking for a date range for completion, he proceeded to yell, berate, and condescend to myself and my husband over the phone. He claimed he took pride in his measurements being accurate, although the ones he provided to us were not. When my husband went to pick up our plans, he continued to be rude and insulting, and then stated that he would not honor a part of our contract (to make an on-site visit and answer follow up questions).
