So every time that I walk in the sales department. Fo the past few times I’ve been in there. There’s always a heavyset man falling asleep in the corner of the room. The sales guys always Or apologizing for him. I think it’s very unprofessional when somebody walks in there and see a man falling asleep. You should definitely get some help or just go home and fall asleep. Instead of sleeping at work. Maybe you would run a better company in sales department. And service department. If you were more attentive and not falling asleep. Just an FYI I didn’t buy From there I just got it serviced

Never called me back to give the state of jeep before. When I called to inquire the status, I was told they all left for the day and there was no notes about my jeep. Called me back the next day parts not in. I called back to try to get a ride there from the shuttle. Left a vm no one ever called me back.

This is not a negative review over the repair done the tech did his job and well. My vehicle had a leaking water pump and it was recommended I have the thermostat changed and a coolant flush. I was given a price only to find out the price was only for the flush that I was charged labor for the thermostat as well. Normally that's fine except with this particular vehicle when replacing the water pump the thermostat must be removed regardless of wether you choose to replace it or not the amount of effort to put in a new thermostat is simply removing it from its packaging.

Great customer service in the service department. Car was out on time and fixed properly. When I picked it up, I thought I had a problem and the
service Manager checked it out and sat in the car with me for 10 minutes explaining what was going on. Turned out to be the computers updating after some reprogramming that caused the issue, which corrected itself after the update.

Couldn’t imagines better car buying experience. Hardly any haggling of price. Got a great trade in value. The staff was excellent. Rob Gott was very pleasant and more especially knowledgeable. The sales manager and finance guy were superb. A very enjoyable process, which can be rare these days. Not a high pressure operation. Thanks guys

The staff member at CDJR of Smyrna provided excellent service when I arrived for my service appointment today. The service department member stated the time frame for the work to be completed and I waited in the customer lounge. Upon completion of the service I was notified and signed the paperwork. I was very pleased with the action taken that I received.
