I called West Coast Pool to get a quote for replacing my single speed pump, which had a motor going out, with a new variable speed pump. David was vey helpful in providing a recommendation for the replacement pump and quoted a fair price to replace it. Once it let him know to proceed he was able to get someone out the following day to install the new pump. I'm very happy with quality and timeliness or the installation and would recommend the company to others.

Dave was able to send a crew out to do rock and pool slide paint and sealing as well as replacing the mastic around the pool. I was impressed that he did this on short notice, even though his company is booked up for months with much bigger remodeling work. Dave responded immediately to calls and texts, his crew was professional, on time, and efficient. Dave explained all that was needed, even draining the pool to do the best job. He was honest, fair, and pricing was very reasonable. I can highly recommend this service for any of your pool needs.

I contracted to have the calcium ring removed from my pool and the tile sealed. I tried cleaning the tile myself and it seemed impossible. West Coast Pools was able to have somebody out at my house in a couple days with proper equipment who made our tiles look new again. Great job.

We called West Coast Pool Service for a quote to replace our pool heater and also add some wireless automation through our phones. David was fast to reply and gave a very competitive estimate for the heater replacement and adding on a Pentair wireless control device. After installing the pool heater turned on and he showed me how to use the app to control the heater, water features and lighting. This was a super smooth transaction and I would definitely call again for future service.

David was amazing! Called him on Sat and he answered my call. I let him know we needed our tile and stack stone cleaned. David gave me a fair price for the amount of work necessary to clean off the 5 years of hard water, calcium and chlorine build up.
He completed the work the following Wednesday. (5 days after our 1st conversation) His worker did a great job and my wife was very impressed with his knowledge and friendly personality.

We did a lot of work with West Coast Pool in April. David came out and gave us an estimate. He seemed very pleasant at the time. We replaced our panel and pump, 3 LED lights and did a rock restoration. Price was about what I received from other companies.
Equipment installation went fast and was fine.
The rock restoration came out fantastic. The pictures of the house in Yorba Linda posted are mine. Marcello did such a fantastic job.
We wanted the job finished before my daughters birthday and David made sure we had a pool filled with water for the birthday.

I know David do not need anymore reviews but he deserves this one. I had Westcoast pool redo my entire pool, and pool deck in 2019. It was a big project included making the pool more shallow about 5 ft deep, adding Baja ledge, pebble tech, changing pump and heater. It transformed my dated backyard into more functional retreat. I choose this company because of the reviews, he seem accountable and he was the person I contact directly each time starting with the estimate. Edit: So I let my sticker shock from other companies get the best of me. David came out, showed me exactly where shifting in the coping on my spa caused the problem with the tiles. He fixed the tile, let me know what to expect, and gave me some next steps. I appreciate the respectful way he handled it and will call West Coast for a bid when we do the big job. I was in desperate need of an acid wash for my pool. That had been sitting empty for about 5 weeks now, because of another "5 star review" company that left me hanging. I understand for whatever reason, pool company's are busier then they have been in the last 20 years. Go figure... with that being said, you still shouldn't take on jobs you can't perform.

We moved to our new place March 2019, and I had gotten a few quotes to have my pool redone. I came across David, and felt like he was the best option. Although I had to wait 6 months to have my pool start, it was definitely worth the wait. We just completed our pool. It needed pretty much everything done; new plaster, all new equipment including a smart system, new piping, new coping, new deck, and we even added a custom rock slide.
From beginning to end, David has been super responsive to all my questions without hesitation. He always answered my texts and calls even when he was on vacation

We recently purchased our home which was built in the late 1960s and from the looks of it the pool, spa, decking, and plumbing were crica 1960s. Dave and West Coast Pools rebuilt entire pool and relocated plumbing and equipment to other side of house (per our request). Our pool needed a LOT of work, so his team did basically everything short of building an entire new pool.
