Our fence is fantastic! EADS like many companies is struggling to keep good craftspeople. Their customer service could be better. They did give us the fence we asked for and Barney was an expert at his craft of fence building. Materials are top quality and they do stand behind their work. If you order a Kentucky board fence, and you have dogs, ask for the bottom board to be as low as possible. Otherwise you will not have a secure yard for your dog. This is not standard.

NO customer service. Have hundreds of feet of Eads fencing on my property and recently called because of a plumbing issue that would require removal of small part of fence. This was extremely time sensitive as it was a crushed sewer line that needed immediate repair. Vicki did not call back until I wrote an unhappy message on their "contact us" section of website (return call took 11 days total) at which time she said she could not help and that she did call me and leave a message (I assume she knows that iPhones have a recent section that tracks all calls-no such call was ever made

Title: Rude , Subpar Experience, and Long Delays
Bottom line: Eads Fence delayed installing the fence for over 6 months, broke two underground pipes costing over $500 in damage, and on top of all of that, was extremely rude.
We contacted Eads Fence in October 2020 and a salesperson named Brian L. schmoozed us into putting half the payment down for a fence. At first Brian was nice, helpful, and responsive. And we were fully aware that the Eads was busy and would not be able to install the fence until December. However, we did not hear back from Eads until February 2021. Brian's responsiveness

Horrible customer service and not very professional. I was promised that work would start with in 4-6 weeks and would take one day. After they rescheduled the day twice, work didn't start till 8 weeks after I signed the contract. On the start date, the contractor was an hour late. He worked for 5 hours then left. The next day he brought another contractor with him but they didn't show up till 1pm, to be fair his trail did have a flat but he never called anyone to let us know. While I was waiting for him to show up, I contacted Eadds. I was given the operation manager who pretty

Horribly unprofessional. They tell you one thing and do another. The receptionist laughed at me when I told her that I have a job and I can't wait around for 2 hours for their idiots to show up and then be told he would be on his way in 30 minutes making me late for work. After talking to other people and reading more reviews, I feel fortunate that they screwed me over BEFORE they started work. I had my bank reverse my down payment and I am having Need a Fence do the work. A friend just used them and was thrilled with their service! Stay away from this circus! I read that they put their signs

This is the state of my back lawn that the Eads crew left me with for the weekend. A crew of 4 did 2 days of work and the tear out is as far as they got. Apparently nothing can be done over the weekend about this. I would not recommend using these guys at all.

I called for an estimate.

3 weeks later they came out to measure. Said give them a week to calculate the bid.

3 weeks later I emailed the sales rep. No response.

4 days later called main office, the lady who answered was apologetic and said. "I'll get on him to get it to you today!" That was almost 2 weeks ago.

It's a shame. Not to mention I was a repeat customer.

Advice: Go with someone that cares about the customer. Genuinely.

Eads recently put a fence in at our new home and we couldn't be happier. Brian was the most professional sales associate I've ever worked with. He explained the process, showed me where it would be going and promised an amazing product. Boy did he deliver! This fence is so beautiful and makes our backyard look so much bigger than originally thought! We are beyond thrilled!!

Eades installed my fence a number of years ago, and it now needs repairs. I called twice to schedule an estimate for the repairs and each time I was told that someone would call back. The third time I was finally told that call backs can take several days and that repairs are being scheduled 6 - 8 weeks out. If I had been told that originally, I would have immediately begun to look elsewhere. The person that I spoke with had "attitude" which I did not appreciate, and she made no attempt to provide positive customer service. My neighbor received similar treatment, and we will both be looking

I would avoid this company at all costs.

We have a small gate on our fence that we would like opened up and made bigger. We are unsure how big we can go in the area we have, and wanted advice on what we could do.

We are getting several quotes, and happy to find Eads Fence Co less than 8 miles away. I put in a quote request online, and on Monday received a call from Marshelle. She said she could not get up to our area until Friday (a small quote 13 minutes away?) and we set up an appointment for that day.

When she arrived, she did not introduce herself but just handed me her card. I took her

My experience with Eads began in the beginning of Oct, my fence was installed and it was installed with the wrong color wiring. I informed my sales person when ordered that I would like black wiring instead of brown. The fence and wiring went up and they placed the wrong color wiring on the fence, over 250 feet of it at 5 ft tall. I spoke to the installer who passed me on to my sales person to correct, winter was upon us, it was getting cold so I spoke to Becky who assured me my wiring, gate lock and gate would be fixed, as a matter of fact she would have someone out to fix the gate which was barely

I am forced to change my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. Why? When I went to open my pool this year I discovered that I had a hole in the in underground pipe right where the fence was installed weeks prior. I paid to have the hole located and then remedied. I summarily reached out to Eads to see if they were willing to pay for the damages and have not gotten a response. Lesson learned. I will never use Eads fence ever again.

This company, "Eads Fence" just installed a white vinyl fence near the front of our subdivision community. The fence itself is lovely, however they conspicuously placed multiple of their BRIGHT BLUE and YELLOW signs on our previously lovely white vinyl fence. (See an example of this in the attached photo)

Our community's brand-new fence is now disgracefully marked by their ugly little signs. Keep in mind that that Eads never added this little "advertising tidbit" in the contract bid that our community voted on. Imagine my horror when I first saw them!

We had a very frustrating experience and disappointing experience with Eads Fence. We received an estimate several months back for aluminum fencing that was too high for us to proceed. However, we were told they might have some imperfect fencing for a discount and to come check out what they had to see if it interested us. When we went in, we were told they did not have enough imperfect fencing but did have some older model fencing and also an order that was returned that they could give us at a discounted price. Donny seemed very helpful and said he would get us a wholesale estimate that would

Horrible experience with this company! Waited 6 weeks to have the job even started. The first day the installers showed up late (after noon) and all they did was take out the existing fence. The next two days they did not call or show up. . I called on the second day and was told they would be back to finish the job the next day. Once again the next day they were late (after noon) and didn't finish the job. The day after that the same thing. The following day, again, no call no show. I called the sales person, who had no idea any of this had been going on, which I feel as if he should

Eads installed a fence on the property line in between my house and my neighbors house. During the installation of the fence the contractors dug up an electric wire and never buried the line back into the ground. I called EADs and spoke with Brian who told me "I'm not coming back out to help you, tell your husband to do it himself." Meanwhile EADS has left a live electric wire laying in my driveway. Serious safety hazard and they refuse to bury the line.

In the late summer of 2014 I contacted multiple companies asking for an approximate cost of 100 ft. of 5' high metal fencing. All pushed to have a representative (salesperson) come to look, measure, etc. I kept trying to stress that all I wanted was a ballpark figure to decide if the cost was even viable for us. Also, that I didn't need installation until early 2015. Bernie Kruse with Eads was the only person who respected this simple request AND did not show exasperation about not coming to actually measure and quote (and give me the hard-sell). So, for this reason, we proceeded

Eads damaged my property and then refused to replace it. I worked the issue all the way up to the owner and they said that it is there policy not to fix underground pipes, wires or anything else that they might hit in the back yard. Nice!!!!

My neighbor and I decided to get a fence surrounding both of our back yards, since our kids and dogs like to play together so much. We contacted Eads, mostly because they had done several fences in the area.

Initial customer service was pretty good. A guy came out and took all the measurements and provided a reasonable estimate. It was several weeks between the estimate and installation dates, due to their workload. The salesperson was up front about that, so no surprise.

A day or two before the scheduled installation date, someone called and said the crew had gotten behind on another job
