I was having issues with the unit on my garage door and I called in the morning and Bill came out 3 hours later and my garage door was working in no time. He even reset all my openers and door codes for me. I’m usually not the type to write reviews but was truly impressed and wanted to share my experience.

Called in the morning when my garage door wouldn't open all the way. They called me back within a couple hours and had a crew out to fix it in about an hour! In a covid world where it seems like everything is back ordered and there's a waitlist for whatever you need, I forgot what it was like to have something taken care of so quickly. I don't have experiences with any other garage door companies and now I never will. Well done gentlemen!

I would highly recommend them. We had this company put in a garage door a few years ago. At the time we were told our motor was good and we didn't need to replace it. I liked that the owner didn't try to sell us something we didn't need at the time. But, like most things that are 20 years old, the motor broke down yesterday. I called this morning to see when they would be able to come and take a look at it . The owner told me he would stop by today. After looking at the motor he gave me two options, fix it or get a new one. I chose to get a new one. The owner told me they could get a new motor

Bill came out on a Saturday helped me get my car out of the garage because my garage door spring broke. One his workers came back out on Monday and did a wonderful job of fixing it. A very nice young man and very polite. A huge thank you to Bill and his worker for coming so quickly in this below zero weather it is appreciated.

They did a great job at keeping us in the loop with where things stood. There were delays due to COVID-19 and factory shutdown, but I knew exactly what was going on thanks to phone calls from the owner. Installers who came out were on time and easy to talk with. Our new doors look great and we highly recommend Garage Door Systems!

I called Garage Door Systems at 8:30 AM on a Monday morning because one of the springs on my door broke. The owner answered the phone and I told him my problem. He gave me an estimate, which was in the area I expected to pay and was told that his techs could be there at 9:00.
Well, by 9:25, I had the springs replaced and my door working again. Not bad with under an hour from call to completion.

Do not deal with the bill klocke!! yells disrespectful on phone with a simple question! husband arranged for new garage opener.requested a certain model #. young installer arrived almost done with different #. called office 3 times before a call back. asked if mistake made with model#, he started yelling at me on phone for over 5 minutes. would not let me get 1 word in. apparently does not need the business as he threatened me with removal. before could speak with husband re the model. office said yes they had it. could not even have a conversation about it. ended up deciding to remove it
