In 1998, when William Morgridge decided for health reasons to downsize the business his father had founded, he reduced the workforce from 30 to two and ultimately redirected the entire operation. Morgridge, dealing with a heart condition, sold off most of the inventory, keeping two vacuum trucks and two tank trucks to haul swimming pool water.

We own a Airbnb in Kittery Point and the guests called up one night and said the septic alarm was going off. I called Morgridge LW & Son and they came out the next day to do repairs. I had not used them since owning a house on Depot Rd in 1990 but some things never change and this company is one of them. I talked to Anita who dispatched a service team out that morning. They found the septic tank, pumped it, found the problem, and power washed all components and the inside of the tank that day. There was follow up electrical work to be done to make sure the wiring was properly installed and the

Great service, I cannot say enough about the timely and friendly service I had from Anita. It was nice when every time I called she was so pleasant.
My pool had a hole in the liner, we fixed it, it was green and half empty and was in dire need of water. They were extremely busy as it was coming up on the 4th of July weekend. But, She had said, they will do what they can to try and squeeze us in.
Long story short!..... I had water within 3 days. Yay

Ron came out to our house for the first time and he was punctual and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to show me everything about our septic system, how it worked and what was going on. Obviously never fun to have to do this kind of work or service but he was very professional and it was a pleasure to work with him. Two Thumbs up!

We had a backed up sink for a week. John at Morgridge was the first person to return our call. He showed up that morning and spent two hours snaking the drain. He had to leave for a prior appointment but promised to return by the end of the day to finish the job. 5:00PM rolls around and I assumed we'd hear from John the next morning as it was now after business hours. However, true to his word, John returned at 6PM and continued working past 8PM to remedy the problem. Not only did John go above and beyond the service call, but the bill was more....MORE than reasonable! Highly recommend.
