Communication was not great. My order was supposed to be done the following week and "they would call." They didn't call. 2 weeks later I called and had to leave a message. Their office person was out of town and knew the glass was ordered but would look into it when she was back the following week. They called and left a message. No second tries. I called the following week and the appointment was made at the end of the week. Over a month since "it should be ready next week and we'll give you a call." That being said, the glass is beautiful.
