Called to get a quote for a new pool with cash waiting, ready to sign a contract. Was told 4-6 weeks wait for a quote, which is what I expected so no problem there. 11 weeks and several calls later (by me) they still haven’t responded. The lady at the desk does answer the phone, but can only pass on information to someone else, which never resulted in a call back. If you can’t keep up with all the requests for pool builds, that is understandable. However, it is not acceptable to give false expectations to potential customers. Absolutely love my pool and patio area! They replastered the pool, placed new tile, added an auto fill (highly recommend) and removed the old very small patio and replaced it with gorgeous pavers and enlarged the patio size significantly. They were always quick with communications and dropping off samples. The original paver sample that I selected was a different color then what was actually shipped to the house however. Nonetheless the owners were prompt at providing me with new samples and replacing the pavers to match the original color that I had selected. They definitely made sure that I was

Southern Blue went above and beyond with our pool. From helping us put the concept together with an outdoor kitchen and a pool pavilion with a beautiful stone fireplace.Then the overall attention to detail was spot on. The owners were very professional and all very hands on with the project. All the construction workers were all very polite and professional. I really can’t say enough about this great company and the staff. We love our backyard thanks to Southern blue!

On a scale from 1 to 5, these guys are a 20! Neil and Cheryl were upbeat, organized, responsive, and clear as we designed our pool and worked on our contract. Then Jason and his team came in for the install process which was smooth and painless. His teams and subs (like electricians) that worked at our home were professional, friendly, tidy, and respectful. Jason and Neil were timely in their communications and delivered everything they promised, including finishing our pool right on time. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we're very much enjoying our new pool. Thanks for the awesome experience

Neil & Jason are the definition of professional & prompt. Take it from someone in the construction industry these guys are very detail oriented for their trade! We could not be happier with the process, communication, organization and timely completion of our pool. They cleaned up their work area & even blew off our driveway at the end of the workday. Our experience with Jason Pittman and Southern Blue Construction was excellent as he created a beautiful pool from one that had been heavily damaged by Hurricane Michael in less than 60 days. His attention to detail was so impressive, all his personnel that performed the work were pleasant to have on our property and their work ethic was a reflection of Jason's approach to his business. I can't say enough good things about this company and if you are in the need of a pool remake or a new pool, you owe it to yourself to contact him. He did exactly what he said he would do everyday of the project

I have had issues with my pool & hot tub from the day that it was complete. It has never been fully functional; I’ve had someone out constantly to address the MANY issues which have never been completely fixed. I contacted the company once again several weeks ago about the continuous issues to only find, to my surprise that every single person that built my pool and who I had been dealing with, had left the company!! How convenient!! I ran across a picture of the Southern Blue company and discovered that these guys

I can't say enough good things about Southern Blue! They have done everything they told us they would do and within the time frame they estimated. All of the crews who have been out to complete our pool have been pleasant to deal with. Mr. & Mrs. Pittman, the owners, are also super nice and have been very responsive to our questions. You can just tell they are good, caring, honest people. Thank you guys for your excellent work. I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone I know of seeking your services.
