Alex took my call at 11:30 on a Friday and was there at 1:00pm the same day. He is honest and knowledgeable. Another company told me I needed major repairs and suggest I do it while it's still under warranty. I had Alex come out for a second opinion. He said all it well. No repair needed. Definately will calling him again when my AC goes down again.

Eric Hanson answers and returns calls asap. This HVAC contractor is courteous, prompt and honest. He actually cares about his customer's well being. He will do what it takes to cool your house if possible until he can find the proper part for your ac. I was in a panic because I have dogs and cats, a bird and a child. My husband and I were extremely satisfied. Hard to find excellent customer service and knowledgeable contractors that really know what they're doing and not out to make extra money at your expense. We highly recommend Eric and his company!

I needed a ductwork renovation at my house and eventually a new unit as mine is getting older. I messaged Eric, and him and Alex were over as soon as possible to take a look. From there my experience was excellent. They went over my options and the scope of the work and how to improve my existing ductwork layout. I got a quote for the ductwork and a new Tempstar unit. For the time being, my current AC works ok and can be replaced in the near future. The work was done as scheduled and they did a professional job. They fix it they don't charge for time that not working. I have used 95% of all the A/C companies in this valley. Used them so fare at work then on 3 of my home's. Real good small outfit but can due it all. Good pricing also I had a new unit Installed 2 1/2 years ago the one that did it. Did a bad install they did all the same but took 3 hours. Not 9 like other and showed me what they did wrong. That if other company came out 4 times said small leak. This other company put it off till not under warranty. Gave up on him Love using this company is on the up and up.
