Andy and his team just replaced our roof this past Friday. We could not be more satisfied! Andy was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We approached Andy with the request to build a greenhouse and wanted it attached to the house. As we talked he made several valuable design suggestions and took on the project. We are sure glad he did! We ended up with a structurally sound and extremely well built greenhouse that will outlast us! One of the positive aspects of Expert Renovation Services lies in Andy's subs who each performed their task to perfection. They left the job site clean and were very professional. I cannot recommend Andy and Expert Renovation Services enough- I have gotten at least 4 o5 estimates to replace our roof and I am so glad that I have picked Andy and his crew. They were super fast- finished our roof by 4:00pm in one day, they cleaned up, they used high quality shingles, were super responsive and fixed minor things upon my review, and their price was comparable to all others if not cheaper. My roof looks amazing and I am so glad I do not have to worry about the leaks any more! I will be calling Andy for any of my other renovation needs.

Andy and his crew were fast, efficient, and extremely professional. Roof replacement was done in one day and for only a little bit more, they replaced the damaged wood on sections of the overhang which included having painters paint those sections once completed. They did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards too!
Highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!

Andy and his crew are outstanding! We had a large residential roof replaced. Most notably, Andy is one of the few contractors who keeps his appointments......met him on site at the time he said, got a clear understanding of what the scope of work was and then he followed up with a very professional estimate. Further, each day during the construction, Andy always kept me up to date with excellent communication. His crew is meticulous with the clean up! Had our roof replaced by Expert Renovations and we’re very happy with the outcome! The receipt of quote, company selection, scheduling job, shingle choice and roof replacement were very timely, professional and of highest quality. Andy is very respectful and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend his work to anyone. Even choosing the right color was simplified by Andy. He helped by giving sample shingles to view against our brick to narrow to our selected shingle ‘driftwood’. Addresses of job sites where shingle colors had been used allowed us to see and finalize our decision before ordering
