Sergey and Michael put in our kitchen backsplash and did a great job.
Sergey helped me with the details - from picking out the right edging (he even provided info + website for a tile store near me so I could check out options). He responded to my several texts/calls/emails quickly, often within minutes. On project day they came right on time and stayed the 12 hours it took to finish (we ok'ed their staying late). Everything was appropriately taped and covered for protection, and everything was clean when they left.
The backsplash was made of 1 foot squares of 1/4 inch mosaic stone

I put out a request on the internet for backsplash tile installers. Found Get Flooring. They were responsive, but sent me on a wild goose chase purchasing grout, that it turns out wasn't needed for my tile -- he, oops, didn't bother to look at the photos I sent. And sent me to get edging that was the wrong size as well because oops he didn't know how thick my tile was. Waste of my time. Sergey to the rescue at PROSPECTILE INC. He wanted kitchen pictures PLUS a photo of the specifications from the back of the tile packaging. Because I wasn't sure what type of edging I wanted he sent me a link to

Great overall experience. Over the last couple of months I have dealt with quite a few contractors for various projects. I can say this is the first truly professional contractor I have dealt with a very long time where I have been truly satisfied. I had a marble backsplash installed and marble is a very labor-intensive job. Extremely happy with the job they did. I am basically renovating everything in my condo and the marble backsplash is truly one of the focal points now even though I went with a very neutral non busy marble subway tile. Prospectile did the impossible! They finished a week AHEAD of Schedule. They finished UNDER budget. We had 6 companies come out and Sergey and his team were night and day the best. Prospectile Inc. provided us with excellent services. They recently remodeled our master bathroom and two other full bathrooms. Sergey, the owner, is extremely organized and supervised the entire project on a daily basis. He provided us with a detailed proposal and a fair estimate in terms of cost and time needed to complete the project prior to beginning. Prospect Tile was contracted out from our General Contractor to do our flooring. They were professional and meticulous. They caught errors in the plans they were given and made essential corrections. They are exceptional.
When the project was done we asked them to come back and do our backsplash and fireplace. I have already recommended them to my friends and family. Seriously, I could not be more pleased.
