Communication is the most key part of a business! Stephanie was a rockstar! In the end, we did not use Axe because our date moved up and they did not have availability! I originally chose them because of all the excellent reviews from personal friends. She was so gracious even when I canceled.

I decided to use Axe Moving Company because of all the great reviews they have received. I was not disappointed and would recommend them to anyone! Not one single thing was damaged! They were fast too!

Marcus and team should be the only call you make. We moved from an 8000 sq ft home and had no issues They arrived early stayed on task and moved everything with care.
The entire team was off the chart great.

I could write a book about all of the good things they did. In the end I was happy to pay a little more and added a very nice tip.

I was absolutely impressed by Axe moving. Marcus assessed what needed to be done in each room and storage area. They wasted no time in this over 100 degree temperature. They worked none stop loading and unloading to get the job done. When they unloaded, just as they loaded, professional and organized. We were in the military, and have moved a lot! This young man was a veteran, that owns and operates this company! He came out several weeks ago, to walk through and give us a quote. When he got there this morning, he did a walk through with us before they started, explained the contract to us! Once they were done, he did a walk through to make sure they had gotten everything! EXCELLENT customer service! He had 4 high school boys working for him, and they were awesome! They all worked so hard, and were so family friendly! I moved with them and all around it was transparent and they were quick and honest. The movers arrived five minutes early and were quick to move our things and to get out on the road.

Before the move, they gave me a straightforward pricing guide, which was easy to understand with no hidden fees (It was simply their flat rate, plus mileage, plus labor per hour from start to finish, with a 2 hour minimum, as I recall).

Both movers were pleasant and I'm glad I used them. The Axe movers did not dilly dally, and they got to the moving destination at about the same time as I did.

In a time when good service seems to be a rare thing it was great to work with a company and an owner who is dedicated to great service and customer satisfaction. From estimate to the delivery of the last household item everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and friendly, and customer driven.
We had a couple of small bumps in our move from Tyler to Lindale. Nothing of any consequence, really the kinds of small things that happen in any move, but it was clear the company and the owner wanted to make sure everything was done right and we were totally satisfied with our move.
