Tom worked with me to find a time through the holidays to clean a house full of carpet. The carpets were dirty especially in spots after our move.
One carpet in particular looked like a lost cause to me. Now, it's clean all over and will work great for awhile longer! The carpets were not overly wet. Drying time took maybe 24 hours though we are waiting a few more days to move back furniture just to be sure. There is little to no residual odor. I am so pleased with Superior Carpet Cleaning. This is a five star business. Highly recommended!

I have had Tom cleaning my carpets and furniture for more than a decade- that is a testament to the outstanding work he does?
Had some tenants once in a rental property that nearly ruined the carpet- he was able to get it looking like new when i went to sell. And for my home, i have two large dogs that track in mud and drool on the furniture- no problem.
Tom is very responsive, is passionate about his work, and is very fair on the pricing. Give him a chance- you will not be disappointed!

I looked at all of the glowing reviews about this company and all I can do is shake my head in disbelief. The carpet that he cleaned was no cleaner when he got done than before he cleaned it. The equipment he used was on the same level as using a rented carpet cleaner from Menards. The condition of his machine was shocking. He had the machine open to fill it with water and it was black with filth!! Yuck!

We bought a new house where they had a cat and we have dogs. Tom came in the day we closed and deep cleaned the carpets and did a fabulous job! I had several family members who were around that day and after they heard about his super fair price, they asked for his information to contact next time they need carpets cleaned. We hired Tom to clean the carpets upstairs and stairs in our new home. Tom came all the way out to our home (about an hour drive!) for no extra cost. He showed up perfectly on time, and began working right away. He was friendly and courteous, even though he had to work around us painting and moving boxes in. We were very impressed with how the carpets looked and it smelled great too! He really did a great job and all for an extremely reasonable price!! Would highly recommend!
