Steven was great to work with explaining our best options and following thru after the work was done. They fixed another problem found without charging us way above & beyond. I was really impressed with how well the roofing crew cleaned up after the job. No junk was left for us.

Removed old shingles down to wood and started from there with their professional installation. 8.5 hours and they were done down to the clean up. Very pleased with the work and Travis their foreman on the job. He made sure everything was done as it was supposed to be. Would definitely recommend and use Maven again.

Everyone I worked with, from the salesman, office staff, to roofers themselves was polite and professional. Job was done from quote to clean up in a very short period of time and the work is excellent. I am extremely happy with my experience with this company. I certainly hope not to need a roofer again any time soon, but if I do I can't imagine that I would call on anyone else. P.S. Ask for Steven, he'll do right by you!

The Maven Team did all the coordination with my family while I was out of the state for work. Great Veteran owned company, they truly understand the challenges military families face and do an excellent job helping solve roofing issues. I was lucky enough to have worked with Mike who worked with me and my military schedule, he helped me every step of the way. Their great communication with you as a customer is what sets them apart. Mike from Maven was fantastic. I just bought an older beach house and discovered a leaking skylight. Maven responded right away. Mike was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. After inspecting the skylight he returned a few days later to make the repairs. He sent me photos of the repair. These guys have earned my highest possible recommendation. Really nice experience and that is rare these days.

Maven is a very responsive and professional company. Tony always answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The crew who came put my new roof one was quick and got my old roof torn off and new one put on in 2 days. We are very thankful they came down to South Louisiana to help out after Hurricane Ida. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had a roof leak and called Maven. Jenn came and put temp repairs on my roof. I was filing with insurance and Jenn explained that Maven would meet with the insurance adjusters when the adjuster came to my home to discuss the issues. I agreed to this and was told that if they represent me and the claim is approved then Maven would be the company to do the repairs. I agreed as it seemed far better to have experts at roofing talk to the insurance company experts rather than me. Plus Jenn did the analysis and temp repairs so if She was going to do that and use her knowledge and experience of roofing

This company is great and Jason is amazing and was there for us the whole process ! He kept up with us each week to keep us updated and everything that was taking place. I would recommend this company to anyone… and if you get a chance to work with Jason you won’t be disappointed, he is very smart and great sense of humor and an extremely hard worker!

If there were negative stars, Maven would be negative 10 stars. They done our roof several months ago. Our kitchen exhaust fan hasn't worked since, not to mention the crappy workmanship. Bowed shingle, lots of nails left in the back gutter, just the least of of it. Front shingles are bowed....... Service guy came out today, there was one excuse after the other as to why they aren't responsible. I will be filing complaints with the BBB & Consumer Protection Agency

I have worked for maven in the past and I can honestly say this is one job I miss. They worked hard to teach us the changing industry they helped me see places I wouldn’t ever see if it weren’t for them. They guided me not only in the maven way of roofing but the maven way of life.
