So the floor turned out well, but the process was awful. I was told the crew would show up on a Sunday, then at 7:30 on Friday night the crew asked if they could show up Saturday at 8:00am. I said sure, but had no time to prep house or furniture. I was told they work 7 days a week. They then took Monday and Tuesday off.
The project took 6 days when it should have been three. Not to mention my 2 year old had to live in this disarray for three days longer than needed.
-I still have floor vents that are not done, and won’t return my phone calls.
-It was change order after change order ballooning

Love these guys. You actually need to go there and talk with them. Family environment and they really seem to try hard to help you get where you are going. This is not a get you in fast and get you out faster. They really care. Working with Mariah, and enjoyed the experience.
Btw, They price match too. Put then on your must visit list...

I worked with Discount to replace all of the flooring in my house with new hardwood and carpet, and added some Merillat cabinets to match my existing ones before I had them all painted - they did a fantastic job! Mariah was extremely patient with all of my questions and always prompt to respond to my emails. Their installers were professional and courteous, their showroom is really nice and you can walk around and look through everything without feeling any pressure. They let you check out samples to take home also. They also beat the price on a big box store that was offering free carpet install

Great selection on all types of flooring. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We had hardwoods refinished and new installed. We also had carpet and laminate vinyl flooring installed. First of all there was very little left over so Brian the owner was spot on with his measurements and ordering! The wood floors are gorgeous. We are so happy with all of our floors. We would highly recommend this great company.
