Services
We have been using and recommending the "Formtech" brand of insulated concrete foundation systems (hereafter referred to as "ICF") since 1997. Greg has been able to compare several other systems and has not found another he would use. Formtech's constant innovations have resulted in an ICF building system that has become the industry standard, recognized for strength and versatility.
Instead of giving you a "guesstimate" over the phone, we take the time to see the property ourselves and listen to your needs. When you consider the variables of building, you can see how a square foot price cannot be quoted over the phone or given without specifics. Will your lot need blasting? Excavation is something many don't consider in their original budgeting--be sure to include it in yours if necessary.
