After over a week dealing with Rheem to get a new gas valve to fix my water heater with no resolution, I called and spoke to Mark. I spoke to him at 9:00 and had hot water by 11:00 and that was with him driving to Appleton to get the part then back to Green Bay. I will be glad to use Sustman for any services in the future.

My basement drain was backing up. I called sustman services asap and spoke with a very knowledgeable gentleman. He ask me questions on exactly what was happening with the drain backup. And what he had me do, corrected the problem without a service man having to show up. I would recommend them just by the kindness, professionalism, and knowledge ment.

Mark and Sustman Services are amazing. Mark came out within a few hours after we called him. We asked him to address a shower/tub that was leaking from the 2nd floor onto the 1st floor ceiling. He quickly diagnosed the problem, settled on a solution, and implemented it. He also addressed a washer hose corrosion issue we were having and got a new valve put on so we could use our washing machine. I can't possibly recommend Mark more highly. Amazing experience start to finish, and a very fair price as well. We will absolutely use Sustman Services for our plumbing needs in the future!

I had a pipe that needed repair right away. Mark arrived within an hour and had it replaced in about 30 minutes. Not only was he knowledgeable, but very personable as well. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of given my minimal knowledge in regards to plumbing. Mark also gave us advice on what we needed to do to prevent this problem in the future, and we will certainly be calling to get things scheduled. Definitely 5-star service!

I got a quote for around $500-$600 for a major plumbing job (cutting into the wall, replacing pipes etc..) which ended up only taking 20 minutes with a minor replacement of shower cartridge/faucets. The work was ok but the owner couldn't get out of her fast enough and still charged me $505.00! Go with this plumbing company if you have lots of money to burn.

My water heater had died and after calling a few companies the best price I had received was from a big box company. I then saw Sustman Services online on the Yellow Pages.
