Rick is the guy I delt with. A little mono toned and not much of a people person, but he got to the point of business quick. Showed up for an estimate the next day, was definitely friendlier in person lol and he gave me a price the nexr day... It was a little high for our budget so we decided to do it our self... Save money but not easy at all, I have a great respect for Rick amd what he does with these fences... Would recommend him just for the interaction I did have with him... I'm sure he does a great job based on his other reviews, and his knowledge of fencing... Thamk you Rick for your time

Horrible customer service, hung up on me when I called to ask questions, about a fence that this company took down and then tried to piece back together and put it back up because they didn't have my consent to remove in the first place. when two back yards connect and the fence is joined it becomes a common fence between the two home owners, the home owner that wants to remove the fence has to give the other home owner 30 days notice to repair or remove the fence. The fence company can not just come and remove the fence because one fence owner says so, or trespass onto another person property
