Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Asked to schedule time for an estimate (told him that I'd be available any time in next 2 days). Said he would call in the afternoon the next day, or the next morning. Neither happened. No call back. No answer when I tried to call back again. Assuming no emergency occurred - this was really unprofessional.

If you are on Aquidneck island or close, you should use Island Tree service for any tree work you need to be completed. I called and spoke with Bear, we never met, but I had a great feeling right from the start. When the guys came to do the job they were so nice and double-checked all of my requests. I had to leave the house and I hoped it would all be done as we had discussed. Holy Cow! They did exactly what I asked and didn't leave so much as a leaf in my yard! The giant tree was gone and not a single bit of mess was left behind. All of the wood from the tree they cut down was stacked to

Island Tree Service and owner, BAER, are very responsive and helpful.
At my request, Baer came by to check to see if one of my trees was diseased or having a problem. It appeared the leaves were turning brown ( in spring) and we were concerned.
Baer came promptly, and gave our tree a clean bill of health, and didn't even charge us, since he had done extensive tree trimming work for us in the past.
We are very pleased with Island Tree Service!

They did a great job! Not only was it last minute (they were working on my neighbors trees & I asked if they could work on one of mine as well), but they were all SO nice. Bear as well as a couple of the guys were so knowledgeable, & they told me a ton about the tree that Id never known. It was very informative & interesting! They did a beautiful job on a HUGE Pine tree, & the clean up was super! & they were so fast! thank you!

Baer and his crew were an extraordinary team of experts. Their knowledge of trees and care and consideration of all aspects of tree trimming was really outstanding... From the trees, to the care of the surrounding grounds (on an historical property) and the personal property that needed temporary relocation while working on the project. They fit me into my very restricted schedule, they were on time, they were so friendly and nice to work with and reaamsonably priced, and they finished off the large job of working on 4 large trees with an immaculate cleanup. We called the Company at 3:00 in the afternoon and Baer was at our house by 5:30 the same day. He provided us with a quote and performed the work the next day. He and his team did an excellent job and all the neighbors came over and asked him to work on their trees as well. Great experience and would use them again any day.
