Then, after several years in the trade, he began his business in 1980 as a small residential plumbing heating and AC construction company. In 1990, he made the transition to a residential plumbing heating and AC repair and retrofit company.

We have a Lenox unit that Lowery installed and agreed to warranty. We started having issues with the unit in August and they still have not fixed it! Now they refuse to honor the warranty or return my equipment they took with. Horrible customer service. I’ve been trying to speak with the manager since August to no avail.

We spent nearly $20,000 with them about 3 years ago. I called today because we were having some issues with a mini-split they installed. I was told at the time they installed it that it had a warranty for a certain time period and was told something completely different today. Now they want to charge even more just to come out and check on it. I normally don't fill out reviews, but I felt like i needed to in this situation. We will not be using this company any more.

Chris came over to scope a sewage pipe on a house we are considering buying and walked into a pretty strange situation with both the seller and us (potential buyers) being in the house. Chris handled it like a true professional and was able to provide us with the information we needed to help us make an informed decision about our purchase. He was able to get a bidder to give us an estimate on repairs very quickly and has been kind, helpful, and just a genuinely good person throughout the entire process. Called to have them fixed a clogged drain in my kitchen sink. I was told that it would need to be jetted, but they could not get to it today. They would call back and schedule a jetting (which would cost more than it did before because our pipes had been jetted previously by Lowery), but he would "do something to make it work a little better"… today. My sink now clogs worse than ever before and backs up BLACK water into both sides of my sink. My wife called to let someone know and hopefully correct the problem, to which we were told "the dispatcher has gone home for today" and that we needed

Freddie was very professional & personable. He was very knowledgeable about the issues my HVAC was having & did a great job explaining everything when diagnosing the problem. Parts had to be ordered so I was thankful it was him that was on "rotation" and came to install them. Excellent service!

Larry was so great! He went out of his way to make sure our sewer issue was resolved quickly. He was kind and professional, and took time to answer my questions. His communication was prompt and clear, and he even reached out for a follow up to run a camera through the new pipe that was installed by the city.

Almost every pipe in my grandmas house needed to be replaced. Zach and Manuel couldn’t have been more amazing at fixing everything! They were very thorough and great at communicating what they were doing and how long it was going to take. She was so thankful for the work they did and couldn’t have been more pleased with the process and outcome. These two are an amazing team and she would definitely recommend them!

We were very pleased with the service provided by Carlos and his assistant. These guys were TOP OF THE LINE, very professional and respectful. They provided excellent service and CLEAN UP! They were also respectfully cautious with our newly stuccoed home! This was a complicated job, yet they were very successful. We had a plumbing issue that occurred on a Saturday evening. We called Lowery & a technician called back within minutes. He arrived at our home at the specified time. Solved the problem quickly with a very low charge for after hours & on a weekend. We will definitely make Lowery’s our #1 choice in the future.

I absolutely do not recommend Lowery. I had a main line issue on the city side of things and that cost me $150 to clear, ok fine. Happy to pay for the work that was completed. While I had them out I requested a shower faucet be repaired and my children’s shower to be unclogged. I see a charge go through for $175 and I get home and the faucet isn’t… fixed and the shower isn’t draining. So I promptly ask what the bill is for when the work isn’t done. I call and speak with Mr. Stone and tell him to get the work done or issue a refund.. no refund and never hear another

We called Lowery and made an appointment to come out on 4/2/2021 to unclog our guest toilet. They called me at 8:34 am as I was on my way to work but my husband was home, so I informed him it was good to go to my house. He came in to see what the problem was and told my husband seals needed to be put under the toilet , didn’t remove the toilet to… clarify that. He ask my husband if we had a line in back my husband said yes, he took him back the to show him were the line was. He drove his truck to the back then came back in and told my husband it could be a toilet tissue back up but

I wish we had read these reviews. I totally agree with the ones that experienced being overpriced. That is exactly what happened. We were charged over 200 for a tiny part for our leaky shower faucet. The "special" was $49.95 plus parts; however, that totaled to over $200. Some how, I doubt the part that was put cost $150. Totally disappointed. I can't believe a friend recommend this over priced company. NEVER AGAIN will we use them!!!!!

Lower plumbing runs a company whose intention of overcharged on their repairs,to deceive you and lead you into replacing your a.c. unit for a new one when you don't need it ,they came to my place charged me $700 they have workers who don't know what they are doing,they did not fix it,they requested me additional $775 and they said would not guarantee fixing it total of $$1475,they nicely offer me to replace my a.c. unit for a supper bargain price of $7500,*very nice of them) I called a different technician one who was very honest,Fixed my a.c. for $175 total with parts,this is a company

I always want to give credit to a job well done. We had a real head scratcher with the plumbing at the house and I called Lowery. It took several days and several visits to identify the issue and find a solution to the issue. Everyone that came out was outstanding. Friendly, timely, professional and clean cut. My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the work and attention we received.
