In response to the below response to my Previous review: 1. Gate swings wrong way 2. Not 1 time did he say their where Jack Hammer charges or that it could be potentially $1500! 3. Damn right I'm irate at the manager 4. I reviewed video because I have my entire backyard on camera and there was not 8 hours of jackhammering being done. I can provide the video..... 5. STLfence Works was by far the most expensive quote we received by $1800 more! Then another $1,500 in surprised charges that are a complete lie!? !? 6. I called the office 2 days prior to job be completed, mngr confirms my final invoice

This is our second fence with STL Fenceworks and we can't say enough about how wonderful everyone from the office to the field crew is. They know their jobs and then come in and get them done. Installation took a full day and they cleaned up and the fence looks great. We would definitely recommend them again and use again if we need.

We contracted with STL Fenceworks to do a 40' plus run of black aluminum fence and to straighten and concrete in a front light pole. Our complaint is the work that was done on the front pole light. The light worked prior to their crew's straightening and concreting in and after their work was done the light (3 bulbs) did not work. Something happened with the wiring and STL Fenceworks refuses to make it right for the customer. Therefore, this post. My wife and I don't feel that this is an acceptable way to do business!!! Totally unacceptable.

Great company, was extremely prompt with the original estimate, and was able to get the installation completed over a month ahead of the original quoted date.
While our project requirements seemed to change constantly, STL Fenceworks was able to stay on top of everything and made sure we were totally satisfied with the finished product.

STL Fenceworks was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! They created a beautiful high quality custom vinyl deck that fits our lifestyle perfectly. We had estimates from quite a few companies and STL Fenceworks was by far the most creative, professional and reasonably priced of all. I had an amazing experience from the first consultation to completion of the project. I had a 16x12 composite deck installed. There was no high pressure sales pitch like I have had with other companies. They customized and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. Pricing and quality of the materials was excellent. The crew that did the install was as professional and good at what they do as could be expected. High quality work, personable and always responsive to questions. I cannot say enough how happy I am.

We called 5 different local fence companies. Not only did STL Fence have the best price, but they also had samples of their quality of fencing, which was very impressive and high quality. They did a fantastic job of installing our white vinyl fence on a very unleveled yard, but they did a very neat, clean job. We also had to have them make changes to accommodate our HOA and they worked very professional with us! We’ve had our fence a year now and love it! Would highly recommend them for your fencing needs!!

STL Fenceworks did a first rate job installing our fence. The two gentlemen that installed the fence clearly had experience, and did quick install without missing details! Definitely recommend these guys.

Excellent fence company! After getting many different quotes and seeing the product offered by competitors, STL Fenceworks stood out from the crowd.
The quality of the fence material used and the reinforcements added (such as aluminum I beams, larger, reinforced top and bottom fence rails) made all the difference.
Installers were knowledgeable and professional, answering any questions I had.
Could you get a fence for cheaper? probably, will it be of the same quality? definitely not.

I booked my install back in December of last year and today it was finally completed. We have a unique and beautiful white vinyl fence that was installed in two days. It looks beautiful and I have already referred some neighbors to give them a call. The only issue we had was some hidden fees about digging difficult holes and missing some fencing supplies. The office staff was nice and helped me through all of my questions and we were able to get fence done today after some communication issues with crew and office . But it's gorgeous and my dogs love it!!!!

Update 4/23/21 So I need to update this post now. This has finally worked thru the court system and well I won my case. We proved in court that he used the wrong materials that the manufacturer did not recommend and it was the reason the deck boards are warped. Also at trial it was revealed that his wife contacted the judge after the first day of the trial. Obviously, he knew his case was not going well, so he threw another hail-mary and tried to do some shady stuff. My attorney absolutely destroyed and embarrassed him on the stand to the point I felt a little sorry for him. When you don

We had a white vinyl privacy fence installed by STL Fenceworks and couldn't love it more! Our salesperson, Chris, spent a lot of time with us talking about the company, showing us samples, and making us feel comfortable about such a large purchase! We had been bid by about half a dozen other companies, and they all left us feeling like we were just another sale. But Chris totally sold us and made us feel great about choosing them.
Our installers were great, very courteous and quiet. They answered any questions we had during the process and did a really thorough check of the final product

In the absence of vacations and travelling this summer we opted to invest in some home renovations we've been looking forward to for awhile. Signed the contract June 13. Was promised the gate in 6-8 weeks. It is Sept 8, and I am still waiting. The "new" install date has been postponed again to the week of Sept 18. It is absurd to have to wait over 3 months to get a gate and fence. In addition, twice their measurements have been wrong: on the size of the driveway gate (which is a custom order), and again on the length of the fence (short by 2'). This company has a problem meeting deadlines and using a tape measure. Update 9/19: They also cannot use a level. The fence is now installed and looks like a rollercoaster.

St Louis Fenceworks completed fencing and a deck for me this summer and did a fantastic job. My experience started with Shawn Long, the owner, himself. He took the time to sit down with me and discuss what i was really looking for in a completed project. He offered pictures, diagrams, and tangible samples. He even reworked my bid a couple of times as I changed my mind on items along the way. He never complained or seemed "put out" by these changes. He clearly wanted to meet my needs.
