My AC broke and I figured I'd contact a local company instead of some blob chain. Ted came out himself asap past normal working hours after I called, listened to what I had to say, got under the house and diagnosed the issue promptly.
He gave me a fair price and was courteous and relaxed. I felt confident with his obvious expertise. I'm definitely glad I reached out to him on a whim.

Spoke with Mr. Cook and he was genuinely interested in my concern. This is the second time I have used his company to fix an issue with my furnace. He told me that his guys would be out the next day and they sure were. They were kind and understanding. Fixed my furnace in under and hour. Reasonable price as well. Ted was great. He was very fast with his response time to my phone call. While he couldn’t help with the specific need for my gas fireplace, he stayed on the phone with me for a good 10 minutes to walk me through a a few different things to try with my fireplace. He was very honest and very helpful with the tips he gave me. We will be sure to call him whenever it gets time to install our next heating system air unit. Thanks again Ted!

I called Ted this afternoon about my A/C not cooling. Given that it’s the middle of the summer and it was already late in the afternoon, he apologized and said he couldn’t make it today, but that he would squeeze me in tomorrow. I told him that I may need to try to get it done tonight. Instead of just leaving me to find someone, he suggested another reputable company that I could try. I called the other company but, like Ted, they couldn’t come out until tomorrow morning. I texted Ted and let him know that, and 30 min later, he called me to let me know he was outside my house. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They went above and beyond what we expected. They went above every other company we called. We got advice and quotes from a total of five companies. We were in a bit of a tough spot and just wanted honesty. Not someone to just sell us a new HVAC unit. They gave us honesty and so much more.
