Called this company on July 23rd for information on a front bed landscape project. Adeline setup appointment for August 27 and told me the consultation was free and there would be a written out quote after the consult. Everything is confirmed. Adeline calls me on August 13th and leaves a voicemail saying, "There is an appointment set up for me and wanted to go over a little bit of the landscape consultation. The design fee is a 2 hour minimum of $130 and if the proposal is accepted, the fee is applied to the overall bid. She asks to either pay by

Never, Never, Never use this company. I can only speak of my experience but it was not a good one. On more than one occasion I felt as though I was getting charged ( I only did every other week) and my yard was not being mowed. I called to find out exactly when their service tech did my yard and I started watching. After this I was home one day and they parked in front of my home but mowed my neighbors yard not mine. I took pictures of the truck and the man mowing and called to complain. They sent John out and he disputed that the man had not mowed my yard. I showed him the pictures but
